We got this at a great price as a gift. She sent us the photo after she unwrapped it. It was well wrapped and shipped quickly. The size was not what was advertised. The ad says 20-24 inches. Hers is 17.5 inches. Overall it appears to be fairly nice.

I was so excited to get another shofar, which I bought for a friend as a gift, until I noticed that the tip on the end of it was broken in several pieces. For some reason it comes in a soft case but had absolutely no protection like bubble wrap out around it.I returned it and decided to allow them to ship a replacements. Unfortunately, they did the same thing and shipped with no protection and it arrived damaged as well.The quality of the polishing job varies from okay to good but not great, as there are a couple areas on the shofar that were left with sharp ridges which cut my fingers.On a positive note, these shofars are some of the easiest to get a good sound from and they don’t smell as badly as the other ones I’ve purchased.If the company would take additional quality control steps and do a better job of polishing and take time to wrap/protect these before shipping they’d have a better review and happier customers.

Order Number: 1604 UPS Tracking Number: 1ZXG9979YW27604614 According to UPS, my package was delivered to someone named “Lopez.” However, the authorized recipient at my private shipping address in Miami is Patricia Vega. My shipping company has confirmed that they did not receive the package. I have attempted to contact your company several times by email, phone, and WhatsApp, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am a loyal customer and reseller based in Paraguay, and I have purchased from your store before. I kindly but firmly request that you: 1. Investigate this delivery issue directly with UPS. 2. Provide proof of delivery to the correct recipient. 3. Arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund of USD 110 if the package cannot be recovered. I cannot confirm receipt of an order that was never delivered to my authorized shipping address. Please respond promptly with a concrete solution. Half Polished Kudu Set

It was much smaller than I expected. I ordered the 28-32 inch size. I knew it would be smaller as they measure from the outside of the curves, not from the mouthpiece straight to the other end. The one I received was just barely 20 inches from end to the other end. I ordered the half finished and unfortunately there were some blaring visible defects in the polished side. The company could have easily hidden these defects with a little more stain and some additional spot polishing. There was an odor as some reported in their reviews, but it was not vile and over powering. I am able to blow it, but with a little more difficulty compared to some others that I have used. Overall, I give this shofar a neutral review as I don’t think the company does a good quality inspection of their product. Hopefully, the one you order will arrive with a better polish.
